RE/MAX eVolution
Just returned yesterday from the RE/MAX of Western Canada 28th Annual Conference held in Vancouver, BC. No one does it better than RE/MAX. These conferences abound with opportunities to network and not only promote yourself and your business but to promote your city as well. It's just great to see old friends, renew partnerships and meet new attendees each year.
Numerous guest speakers shared their wisdom in their fields of expertise - all designed to make us not only better business people but just better people.
Always motivating is the Children's Miracle Network - Miracle Makers Luncheon where a Live Auction & a Silent Auction are held to add to the coffers of our sponsored charity. RE/MAX of Western Canada can feel proud as we continue to be the LARGEST CONTRIBUTERS to The Children's Miracle Network of any jurisdiction world wide.
Last but not least we get to do a little celebrating on "Gala Night" where those of us fortunate enough to receive awards are honoured and spend an evening eating, laughing, dancing and cheering each other on. It takes a special type of person to survive in this industry let alone succeed. The roller coaster ride of living on a "commission only" pay cheque certainly isn't for the faint of heart. Each and every day you're looking for a new job. Often in residential real estate you are dealing with extremely emotional situations on a daily basis and this can sometimes take its toll but personally, over the past 25 years, the rewards have outweighed the burdens. It pleases us no end to add to our client base 3rd generation homeowners and buyers.
