Nanoose Bay Lions Club
I am proud to announce that I just became a member of the Nanoose Bay Lions Club and am enthusiastically looking forward to beginning my duties at the Rockinghorse Pub this afternoon at the weekly meat draw. Halloween brings another opportunity to serve our community (and have alot of fun doing it) organizing the Fireworks and Haunted House and at Nanoose Place (details to follow).
The Nanoose Bay Chapter received its Charter on June 10, 1978. For a relatively small group, they've accomplished big works over the years and I look forward to my association with this honourable group of service oriented citizens.
