Ron Mehan has been a top producing REALTOR since 1986. Ron and his wife Peggy have run a successful real estate partnership for over two decades. Peggy has over 20 years experience as a licensed Realtor and now serves as Ron’s Administrative Assistance and Marketing Coordinator. They have experience in every type of market condition with every type of sale or purchase from 1st time buyers to estate sales.

They are strong supporters of the Children’s Miracle Network and are involved in several fund raising events to their benefit, as well as the other RE/MAX sponsored charities such as breast cancer research and student bursaries. Each of Ron’s listings is a “Miracle Home” – when one of Ron’s listings sell, a portion of his commission is donated to the The Children’s Miracle Network.

Ron & Peggy are members of the Beachcomber Marina. They enjoy cruising the beautiful Island coastline, often accompanied by kids, grandkids and of course their best friend Buddy (their overly friendly pup).

Ron & Peggy are born British Columbians. They’ve lived and raised their family in several of BC’s beautiful communities but their long standing ties to the Island and their evident love of the Oceanside Community has convinced them that this is where they’ll remain.
